I am a runner on the cross country team at Patrick Henry high school. Every single year I get a disease in my foot called plantarfasites. I have been told many different explanations as to why I get it, how, and what it actually is. The most common reason is that it is a fungus that grows on my muscle. I have also been told how to treat it and how to make my foot better.
I have always wanted to know why I get it every year and how to get rid of it. Is it my foots shape? what I run on? or the shoes that I wear? I also want to know how to treat it. I have been told to roll an ice cube over my foot, and roll a tennis ball on the bottom of my foot. Nothing seems to really work. I hope that I can find out the real reason that I get plantafasites.
